We stayed for 2 nights while visiting the Old Quarter and it was in a really great location, in a smaller alley / side street so the commotion of the city was almost none existent. The room was comfortable and clean and they had a water jug downstairs which was very much appreciated, as usually hotels are charging for clean drinking water. We felt very comfortable and like we had found a little private corner in Hanoi. The hotel itself isn’t huge and only 3 rooms per floor so it was very quiet. Would recommend for folks who aren’t wanting to stay at party hostels or backpacking hostel but are still on a backpackers budget. Staff will clean your room everyday if you would like (we didn’t find it necessary except for clean towels).

The room was really big, with all necessary amenities, a sofa, a desk and a nice decoration! Big shower and occasional a balcony.

Location is central though closer to the church, around 10 mins walk to the market and nightlife area. Though there are many other eateries, shops within vicinity. The room we booked was rather small and it felt a tad old and claustrophobic, the staff on duty was very friendly and offered us a larger suite at the upper floors with a balcony for plenty of sunlight and much newer and spacious bathrooms, which made our stay a whole lot more comfortable.

Amazing rô, clean cozy excellent modern deco. Air freshener plug ins in all rooms and hallway. Balcony was amazing on a night for a drink and cig. Massive TV and excellent sound system. In the city centre. The room is cleaned well. Bedding and mattress all checked and all good clean with zero stains. L shape Sofa comfortable, fresh clean excellent. I cannot fault the room. All hallways and floors with new carpet. The contact for the room is a text away, made sure everything was perfect, thank you so so much. He is more than helpful

hotel was really well decorated, staff would do anything for you. laundry services fast and fair price. good value for money, can find cheaper but it’s worth paying the extra for this place.

This was our home base for visiting areas around Hanoi. We planned on staying one night and stayed for 4. Huy was so friendly and accommodating and we certainly felt that we had made a friend when we left. The rooms are perfect in size and the bathroom was great. It would have been nice to have a room with a window but this is very common for this area of the world. The location is awesome, you are right in the center of the old town, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it and would definitely go back.

Rooms were very cozy and clean and the mattress was very comfortable. We checked in very late in the night and were well received.

The location of the hotel is great! It is near all of Hanoi tourist attraction points but not noisy at all because it is in an alley. The alley also has all kind of food and services too! The hotel facility and services are all fine.

Didn’t seem at all like a budget hotel. Large rooms, friendly staff, comfy bed. Rooms had complementary water every day and a fridge to store them in. Also included robes, a hairdryer, and soaps and shampoos in the shower.
